Festive Private Dining – Our Terms

Semi-Private Dining Room Hire
(Up to 30 guests)

Lunch hire 12-4pm   |   Dinner hire 6-11pm

Off-Peak (Wed–Thurs): £2,200

Peak (Fri–Sun): £3,000

Full Venue Hire
(Full exclusive venue hire is available for evening services only, 6pm–11pm, for up to 80 guests)

Off-Peak (Wed–Thurs): £8,000

Peak (Fri–Sat): £10,000

All minimum spends are exclusive of a discretionary 12.5% service charge. If the minimum spend is not met on the night through food and beverage sales, the remaining balance will be charged as a room hire fee.

1. Food Menu

For all private dining bookings, we offer our seasonal Festive Feasting Menu, with the option to add supplementary courses at an additional cost per head. Courses are served family/sharing style, with the exception of desserts and the pasta course (if selected), which are plated individually.

Final dessert pre-orders and any supplementary course selections must be submitted at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the event date.

2. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

All allergies and dietary requirements must be confirmed at least 1 week (7 days) prior to your event date alongside your dessert pre-orders. Due to prep schedules, we may be unable to accommodate last-minute dietary requests made on the day.

3. Wine & Beverage Ordering

To guarantee availability for your group, all bulk wine orders, welcome drinks, and pre-ordered post-dinner cocktails must be confirmed at least 1 week (7 days) prior to your event date.

4. Deposits, Payments & Cancellations

Semi-Private Dining (Up to 30 guests):

A 50% deposit of the minimum spend requirement is required to confirm the reservation.

Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the booking will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

Full Venue Exclusive Hire (Up to 80 guests):

A 25% deposit of the minimum spend requirement is required to secure the date.

A payment plan will be outlined upon booking to ensure the remaining balance is cleared in advance of the event.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 6 weeks (42 days) of the event date.

Any supplementary spend on the night, along with the discretionary 12.5% service charge, will be settled at the end of the evening.
