Experiences
Our thoughtfully curated programme of events and experiences reflects our connection to seasonality, community, and the surrounding grounds and gardens that shape everything we do.
Guided by the rhythms of the shifting seasons, we will host guest chef residencies, art exhibitions, creative gatherings, and workshops – each designed to feel immersive and rooted in nature. Set within a landscape that invites discovery, our programme will unfold as a rich calendar, gently led by the estate’s unique character and botanical heritage.
Each moment reflects the season
Discover what shapes them below

Spring
Spring brings fresh energy to our kitchen and workshop. Inspired by nature’s renewal, our programme celebrates ingredient-led cooking rooted in the estate, alongside immersive classes that deepen connection to the land through food, wellbeing and creativity.

Summer
Sunlit afternoons and evenings invite guests to settle into their own ‘plant booth’ in the Walled Kitchen Garden for seasonal dishes and foraged cocktails, surrounded by the sounds and scents of summer. Selected live music sessions create a vibrant backdrop for gatherings.

Autumn
Harvests’ abundance inspires a programme of seasonal experiences – from cooking that celebrates deep, earthy flavours to floristry and hands-on making – inviting a slower, more mindful connection with nature.

Winter
As frosts settle over the estate, our kitchen turns to warmth and richness. A seasonal menu draws on winter’s larder, with thoughtfully crafted dishes served in a cosy, elegant setting, perfect for gathering and celebration.

Turning Light
Part I: Emergence into Abundance
MAY TO SEPTEMBER
Aligned with the equinox and our solstice menu changes, ‘Turning Light’ is an art exhibition programme that celebrates Isca as a space where art, seasonality, and dining are intimately intertwined.
Featuring the work of a group of artists working across various disciplines, the programme will unfold across four distinct phases each year, mirroring shifts in light, atmosphere, and the natural cycles that define Borde Hill’s landscape.
As the seasons shift, so too does the exhibition – introducing new works and ways of seeing.
Curated by The Violet Hour, the first chapter of the exhibition will run from May to October, showcasing the works of four rising artists.
