Our mission is to offer joyful, seasonal dining to our guests. That means hospitality rooted not just in nature but in the relationships we forge with people.

A restaurant is nothing without its people. A great team is as intrinsic to what we do as the gardens surrounding us – from the chefs in the kitchen to the servers who live and breathe the warm, knowledgeable hospitality we stand for. 

We are always looking for friendly, like-minded people to work with us and join our community – individuals who share our belief that hospitality is a craft, who are inspired by bringing a Sussex garden to the plate, and who take pride in giving diners the most joyful experiences possible while they are with us. 

Everything we do involves people working in tandem with nature – and we are always open to new ways of doing this.
